These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://vivflux.com operated by VIVFLUX (“we”, “us”, “our”). We sell premium lighting fixtures including pendant lights, wall lamps, floor lamps, table lamps, crystal chandeliers and custom-made lighting products.

By browsing our website, placing orders, submitting custom lighting inquiries or using any services on our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on our website. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

We make every effort to display accurate photos, dimensions, material descriptions and specifications for all lighting products. However, slight colour differences may exist due to different screen displays and lighting environments.

All prices shown on https://vivflux.com are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include import duties, local taxes or customs fees, which may be charged by your local government upon delivery. You are responsible for these charges.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

3. ORDER & PAYMENT

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase lighting products. Your order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email.

You agree to provide valid billing, shipping and contact information. Payment must be completed before we start processing and shipping your lighting goods. We use secure third-party payment service providers to process payments.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock shortage, product discontinuance, suspected fraud, or inability to verify your payment and contact information.

4. CUSTOM LIGHTING PRODUCTS

Custom lighting items are made according to your requested specifications. Custom orders are non-cancellable once production starts. Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect confirmed by us.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping time is estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by production, logistics, customs clearance or force majeure events. We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss for lighting products pass to you once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

Please refer to our separate Return & Warranty Policy published on our website for detailed return rules and warranty coverage for lighting fixtures.

For defective items, you must contact us within the specified time window and provide photos or videos to prove the defect before returning goods. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the defect is caused by our manufacturing error.

7. USER ACCOUNT

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you find unauthorised access to your account.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

VIVFLUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising from your use of our website or lighting products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemic, war, customs shutdown, carrier suspension or other force majeure events.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
